DJ Sauce

Today's entry is a bit different from the previous ones, because I chose a producer instead of an MC or group. Today I'm checkin' out DJ Sauce.

Sauce is from Montreal, but has his roots back in T.Dot, and has been behind the boards for some years now. I actually don't have much info on him, other than his beats are funky, he has produced for B.Green and is doing the majority of his album.

Anyways, my track pick is a toss up between Gym Sock Funk and My Brown Hair Lady. Gym Sock Funk is just a funky track with a sax throughout that makes it seem as though he really put a lot of time and effort into this to really polish it up. My Brown Hair Lady uses a sample from King Curtis tastefully and incorporates it well. As always, check him out!
